Having 100 % control of your domains is something very important and being able to access and edit the DNS records for every one of them is among the things you should look for when you search for a registration or a shared hosting provider. You might have heard about the so-called “name servers” that show where a domain is hosted, but below them there is also a whole set of records, for example the A record, which is the IP address of the server hosting the website, and the MX records, which show the server that handles the e-mails for a particular domain. These records are used if you'd like to have your web site with one company and the emails with another, for instance. Additionally you can use a domain name for a non-website service or forward the traffic to it through special records. Many companies ask for an additional fee to provide access to edit particular DNS records apart from the name servers.

Full DNS Management in Shared Hosting

You're going to have full control of the DNS records of your domain names and subdomains with each of our shared hosting. Through the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you are going to be able to access an easy-to-use tool where you can see all current records or create new ones with no more than a few mouse clicks. In addition to the default A and MX records, you can set up CNAME, TXT, SRV, and you may also set up private name servers for any domain name which is registered through us. The custom records will offer you a lot of flexibility and will permit you to do things such as hosting a subdomain on our servers while the main domain is hosted somewhere else or vice versa, employing a third-party email service, and so forth. We will never ask for any fees from you to be able to manage the DNS records of your domains and the service comes by default with all shared plans.
